Abstract

This study aims to analyze Moses’ leadership integrity through his intervention during the incident of the golden calf in Exodus 32:11–13, as well as its implications for contemporary leaders. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research findings indicate that Moses’ integrity is manifested in three main aspects: First, Adaptability in Crisis, where Moses demonstrates flexibility between the strictness of the law and compassion. Second, Strategic Delegation, where Moses practices transformational leadership by accepting Jethro’s advice. Third, Transparency and Consistency, wherein Moses’ integrity is evident in how he is not above the law. In the context of the GPJ Shalom church, leadership integrity is not merely managerial competence, but spiritual courage to stand in the gap through intercessory prayer. The implementation of this research emphasizes that today’s leaders must prioritize God, pray diligently, prioritize service, and lead with obedience to avoid worldly temptations.
