Using a qualitative approach through a literature review, this study analyzes biblical texts—especially the Book of Daniel—and is supported by relevant theological and academic sources. The findings show that Daniel exemplifies strong leadership qualities, including steadfast faith, spiritual discipline, integrity, and wisdom in facing complex situations. Despite political and cultural pressures, he remained committed to the truth.
