Abstract

This study seeks to understand how Christ's love is manifested through servant leadership by the Cahaya Bagi Negeri (CBN) Indonesia Foundation amidst the warm fellowship of the Batukarang Nonohonis Church in Soe, NTT. Rooted in Jesus' example in Mark 10:42-45, this qualitative study observes that true service is not about remote instructions but about a personalized presence. The findings reveal that through Superbook's visual media and genuine human care, a beautiful transformation in family parenting and local ministry independence has emerged. The essence of these findings is that professionalism wrapped in humility can restore dignity and bring new hope to remote communities.
